Vision and Mission
We train and encourage Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Australians, to secure job outcomes that will provide placements in the workforce in responsible position at all levels.
We are driven by the knowledge that all Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Australians can be successful in whatever endeavour they may choose.
We are an Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander company that is governed by our ‘Cultural and Traditional’ understanding of our people’s needs and aspirations, but also taking into account the wider Communities, Industries and Governments expectations.
To increase Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander participation in the workforce at all levels.
Our flag combines elements of the Aboriginal flag, the Torres Strait Islands flag and the current flag of Australia. This flag reflects the undeniable fact that no matter where we are or what our heritage, we all live under the one Sun and the one Southern Cross. The blue background shows we are surrounded by oceans and seas, the red boomerang represents the land, the green, the islands and people of the Torres Strait. The black boomerang recognises the traditional owners of the land and the seven pointed star, the territories of Australia.
